I just had a sound bath with reiki with Kenny at the salon.
I have terminal cancer and really needed to center myself and become more in tune with my body.
Kenny had a very calming presence and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process.
I can already tell I’m going to sleep better.
I also just realized while writing this that when I was on the table my body felt normal and pain-free for the first time in the past year. Definitely making this a regular practice.
